Sabrina Joy is a business and marketing professional of more than 18 years. She is a life-long learner and lover of all things self-help, including habit, productivity and motivation. As a former, elite track and field athlete in collegiate competition, Sabrina believes that only when we successfully manage and master our habits, will we drastically improve our quality of life.
As the Lead Habit Coach at Tending Habits, LLC., Sabrina works with individuals and organizations to develop personal and professional strategies for creating and maintaining the habits necessary to achieve “Best Life” status. She also serves as a keynote, panelist, moderator, writer, vlogger, and workshop leader for organizations and small businesses throughout the nation.
In her spare time, you can find Sabrina traveling and exploring with family, relaxing with a good book, putting in serious morning mileage through her community’s natural beauty, or crushing souls on the Peloton cycling leaderboard.
