Hans Selye, the first doctor to identify stress as a factor for illness, reportedly uttered that quote.

Now it’s well understood that stress can cause disease. Because stress is ever present — whether in our interpersonal relationships or work environments  — the most life preserving thing you can do is practice emotional wellness. 

For Emotional Wellness Month, here are six emotional wellness activities you can do right now to reduce stress:
